David graduated from Stanford Law School in 1996 , where he was Chair (Managing Editor) of the Stanford Journal of Law, Business & Finance. Prior to that, he received his bachelor’s degree from Stanford University with honors (where he was admitted to Phi Beta Kappa). David was named a 2011 Rising Star by Northern California Super Lawyers as one of the top up-and-coming attorneys in the state for 2011.

Gregg Melinson joined HP in September 2011 as vice president, Government Relations, and deputy general counsel. Prior to HP, Melinson was Chief Marketing Partner at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP (DBR), a 700-lawyer national law firm headquartered in Philadelphia, PA, where Melinson led all strategic client development activities and helped double firm revenue between 2005 and 2010.
