ROI – The Only Technology Acronym That Matters

Are you getting payback on your CRM, email, social media and online advertising investments?

Often, firm technology initiatives are driven by faddish groupthink or top-down decisions, which can make it hard to justify the considerable expenditure of resources required to successfully implement and maintain technology solutions. Cleary, there has to be a better way…

Topics will include:

  • Moving from technology ‘bells and whistles’ to focus on solutions to problems
  • Utilizing technology strategically to solve problems, save time and enhance results
  • Replacing ‘out of the box’ solutions with outside-the-box thinking
  • Understanding the top reasons why technology initiatives fail – and how to avoid them
  • Putting the real R in ROI … as in Results, Revenue generation and Respect for the marketing department
  • Learning real-life lessons and best practices from law firms that have succeeded
